Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your As December Falls merch, but if something isn't right, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your apparel in its original packaging, ensuring the items are protected and including your printed return slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or post office.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
